When we read Ashley Wagner's story, we were so inspired. She was "old" for figure skating at the age of 25. She's had six concussions from various falls, resulting in a loss of memory and of full cognitive function. Yet, she kept training; her love of skating and her drive to be the best was greater than her fears. She truly embodies Toyota's Olympic message, asking people to "Start Your Impossible."
It got some pretty great PR, too.
How we did it:
We created Thin Ice, a Toyota TV spot to air during the Olympics with Ashley Wagner, US Olympic Figure Skater. This video gives you a behind the scenes look at how we brought our idea to life.
